Making the Most out of Your Spa Visit in Antigua
Your comfort and enjoyment is our priority at the Aveda Concept Spa. We look forward to having you as our guest, and have compiled a few tips on how to make the most of your spa experience.
We recommend making a reservation ahead of time to ensure you receive the treatment you desire. Call us directly at +1 (268) 484-3701, send us an email, or visit us in person.
We ask guests to arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment time to allow for a moment to unwind before treatment begins. Upon arrival you will be asked to fill out a small questionnaire so that we can keep your health needs in mind.
We understand that schedules change. If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, we request a full 24 hours notice. A cancellation made within two hours of your appointment time will result in the full charge of your planned service. In the case of a late arrival we do our best to maintain your full service time, but can only guarantee the time slot originally booked.
Spa Etiquette & Amenities
Our air-conditioned reception and relaxation area is for your use and comfort. Sip a cup of Aveda Tea or enjoy fruit flavored water to begin or finish your spa experience. Our plant-based products are available for purchase at reception should you want to bring the spa home with you.
To maintain the serenity of our spa, we ask that mobile devices be turned off or switched to silent mode, and noise levels be kept to/at a minimum.
The Aveda Concept Spa does not have lockers to store your belongings. We suggest you only bring items absolutely necessary.
Towels do not need to be brought to your appointment, but please wear appropriate footwear for your service, as sandals are not provided.
We have two showers within the spa for your use.
Billing & Payment
Credit card or cash is required for payment. All services are subject to Antigua and Barbuda’s 15% sales tax.
