As a Gold-certified Green Globe resort, we are committed to constantly improving our environmental impact. This past year we’ve focused our efforts on energy efficiency by replacing conventional air conditioning units with split system units. These are approximately 40% more efficient, resulting in a smaller carbon footprint.
We have also been maintaining our own vegetable garden to produce as much herbs and vegetables as we can for use in our kitchen, as well as working with local farmers, so we can provide our guests a true farm-to-table dining experience.
In 2019 we will be furthering our efforts with our organic garden as well as focusing on water usage to ensure we are using our resources responsibly. Thank you for supporting us in these environmental efforts!
