How far in advance should my event be booked?

We can often accommodate short notice bookings, but more notice is better when you’re looking to host a larger group with more necessary services. We recommend filling out our Inquiry Form as soon as you know when your event will be so we can get planning.

Is it possible to rent out the whole facility? What about just one room?

Yes and yes! We rent out the conference facility in its entirety or just one room to accommodate your needs. You also aren’t required to rent it for the whole day—we do half-day rentals as well.

Do we need to bring all supplies with us, such as paper and pens?

No, you don’t need to bring everything with you, we can provide supplies and equipment. Be sure to visit our Equipment page for a full list of what we are able to provide.

Is catering available?

Yes! We have a dedicated Food & Beverage Team at Sugar Ridge that can plan everything from coffee breaks to buffet lunches and corporate dinners.

What is the largest group you can host?

Our Hummingbird room accommodates up to 80 people, and our Dragonfly room up to 12.

Do you offer discounts if we stay at Sugar Ridge?

We are pleased to cover the cost of the facility rental when 14 or more rooms are booked for an event.

We need access to Skype for our event for video conferencing. Is this possible?

Yes. Included in the facility rental is the use of a projector and our high-speed internet.

Can the rooms be set up in different formations?

Our Dragonfly room is set up as a boardroom, and the Hummingbird room can accommodate the following arrangements: theatre, classroom, boardroom, and banquet.

Is parking available?

We have a large parking lot immediately outside the conference facility for your convenience.

How far are you from the airport? Do you offer transportation for those coming from out of town?

We are a 25-minute drive from the airport. We are pleased to coordinate transportation to/from the airport for your travel ease.
