Petra is a Holistic Health Coach, certified with Institute of Integrative Nutrition in NYC, 500hr RYT Yoga Alliance certified by Ishta Yoga NYC and Stott Pilates teacher, as well as Reiki Master and Theta Healer.

In this week she will help you making better and healthier choices for your new life. Her classes are well rounded, a mix of relaxation and activity. Her deep knowledge in anatomy takes care of proper alignment
of everybody’s needs.

Petra moved from Germany to Guadeloupe in 2007 to follow her passion in teaching yoga and holistic healing. After 12 years as an engineer and a stressful life as managing director she felt the need of a life change for a healthier and happier life. In her private practice on Guadeloupe her mission today is to help others to rebalance and find their way to harmony, health and happiness. For her food, exercise, meditation, sleep, harmony and fun is necessary to prevent diseases and to feel great and even create vitality. She likes traveling and teaches yoga and Theta Healing in the Caribbean and the US.


Peter Ferko is a Yogiraj, or master, of ISHTA Yoga who teaches classes and teacher trainings internationally. He is the host of Peter’s Podcast, where he talks about real yoga, actual happiness, and deep living. His teaching is known for being easy to understand, light-hearted, and full of humor. 

Peter is also an artist in several media, including a lifelong participation in music. He has sung opera, jazz, rock, and pop, and performed in L.A., D.C., and NYC with various bands. Peter has recently turned his hand to combining yoga and the arts, authoring fiction with a yogic influence,  a book called “Yoga for Artists," and kirtan. You can learn more about Peter at
